Where Are Items Located?

We operate registered companies and warehouses across strategic global locations, including:

  • Hong Kong (Mainland)

In rare cases where a region is temporarily out of stock, we will ship directly from our factory to complete your order.
As a reputable U.S.-registered lighting brand, we prioritize fast dispatch, secure logistics, and reliable customer experience.


Order Cancellation (Very Important)

Q: What is your policy on canceling orders that are already in transit?

A: Orders that have been shipped and handed over to our logistics partners cannot be canceled.

Reasoning

  • Standard shipping (sea freight) places your item inside sealed bulk containers—cannot be retrieved.

  • Express shipping (air freight) goes directly to cargo aircraft—also cannot be accessed.

Action Required

You must wait until the package is delivered. Then contact us to request a return.


When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within:

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Delivered door-to-door

  • Uses ocean freight + local UPS/USPS delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 weeks

  • No additional fees for standard shipping

  • All supported countries can use this method

  • Some custom-made items may have longer production times (see product page)

Due to current U.S. import/tariff policy, some products may display a shipping fee at checkout.


Fast Shipping (2–4 Weeks)

Express shipping is handled by:

  • UPS

  • EMS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Delivery Speed:

2–4 weeks, sometimes as fast as 7–10 business days.

Customs & Duties

Express shipping does not include import duties or taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.

    Who Pays Import Tax and VAT?

    Import duties and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

    Large orders may require extra documentation from the buyer for customs clearance.

    Important Notice for Europe

    For the following countries, please choose Standard Shipping to avoid high import taxes:
    UK, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, Hungary


    Incorrect Address or Address Change

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.

    • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

    • Address changes may incur UPS/EMS redelivery fees.

    • If you ask us to change your address after shipping, we will invoice you for the carrier charges.


    Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

    If a package is marked delivered but missing:

    1. Check around the property

    2. Wait 24 hours (often arrives next day)

    3. Contact carrier to request a trace

    4. Traces must be filed within 7 days

    If confirmed lost, we will replace your lamp for free.


    Failure to Receive Delivery

    If the carrier cannot deliver the package:

    • It may be held temporarily

    • If returned to us, the return shipping cost is charged by the carrier

    • To reship, you must pay the return fee + new shipping fee

    • If you no longer want the item, a refund will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee

    You must respond within 30 days of the item being returned.


    Shipping Exclusions

    We do not ship to the following:

    • Armenia

    • Azerbaijan

    • India

    • Iraq

    • Jordan

    • Nepal

    • Oman

    • Sri Lanka

    • Turkey

    • Uzbekistan

    • ALL African countries

    • Remote islands & territories (Guam, Cook Islands, Kiribati, etc.)

    Transportation Insurance

    All orders include shipping insurance.

    If your lamp arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace it free of charge.
