About Customs Tax
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. Address Changes
- Within 48 hours of ordering: changes can usually be made free of charge.
- After 48 hours: contact us at support@rayoralight.com immediately.
- After dispatch: rerouting fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Check your shipment at 17track.net or ups.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged or lost in transit: we will send a replacement at no charge.
- Marked as delivered but not found: contact the carrier within 7 days to open a trace.
- Failed delivery: return and reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are subject to a 30-50% restocking fee.
1.We have put a lot of focus on making sure that the items get delivered to you as quickly as possible. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days process your order (Processing Time). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. (If you didn't leave an email address. We are not able to send you a confirmation email.)

Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to Afghanistan, most African countries, or most South American countries. Contact us if your country is not listed.
